Q. What information do you need in order to place the booking?

In order to place a booking we will need your name, address, driver’s age, phone number, email address, flight number and credit card number.

Q. Why do you require flight details?

Your flight information allows the car rental agent to check when your flight is arriving on airport locations.

Q. Is it possible to pre- pay for the rental, even if it is not possible on the web site?

No, it is not possible if the rental is not a pre-paid rental.

Q. Is it possible to part- pay for the rental, even if it is not possible on the web site?

No, it is not possible if the rental is not a part-paid rental.

We normally include the following in our rates however this can change depending on which country you are traveling in. Collision Damage Waiver, Third Party Liability Protection, Tax, Airport Fee, Unlimited Millage and breakdown Assistance. This list may change and we advise you to check at time of booking what will be included in your rate. We clearly show this information when you are selecting your car and it’s specified under the rate details section. If you have a confirmed booking, all these details can be found on your rental conditions that we sent to you at time of booking.

Q. When will my reservation be confirmed?

We aim to confirm all reservations within 48 hours; we will be in contact with you within this time to inform you about any changes.

Q. Do I pay for additional extras now or at the rental location?

Additional Extras are not included in the rate and are payable locally when collecting the car. Fees are usually paid in the local currency.

Q. What is the cost of adding an additional driver?

The cost of adding an additional driver can be found on your rental conditions that we sent to you by mail at time of booking. Look for the ‘Optional Extras’ section.

Q. Can I order a specific make or model of the Car?

The vehicle displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make or model of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website. However, when we say ‘or similar’ we can assure you that the vehicle you collect will be of a similar grade as your initial request.

Q. What are the ‘similar’ vehicles?

Due to the amount of Car Rental Agents we compare in order to find you the cheapest possible rental, it is impossible to guarantee a specific make and model of a car. When we say ‘or similar’ we can assure you that the vehicle you collect will be of a similar grade as your initial request. This will hold the same amount of passengers and have the same amount of space for your luggage.

Q. What is Excess Protection Insurance?

Most rental companies charge an Excess if you damage the rental vehicle or if it is stolen you will pay up to $4,000 for the excess charge.
Excess Protection Insurance gives you peace of mind by avoiding these costly Excess Charges in such incidents. You will be reimbursed the excess charges if you purchase this insurance coverage at a low daily fee. Additional information and daily fee are displayed in the process of making a reservation after clicking the desired vehicle type at a specific location.
